Switzerland.

And here starts our week in Switzerland. The most expensive
place we traveled, but it is SO beautiful. First we spent
two night in Interlaken. Went on a day hike, played miniature
golf and enjoyed the day. I think Switzerland is
when the spring weather hit so we were especially
loving the outdoors.

nothing better.

And then came Lauterbrunnen (our fav)

We hiked, ran, and walked through the mountains the whole
time in Switzerland. There is so much beauty everywhere, you
never got tired of exploring.

On top of all the mountains there are waterfalls everywhere.

And at last Zermatt.

There she is The Matterhorn.

There he is my husband :-)

More hiking!

It was sad to leave Switzerland, but it is just one
of those places that we know we will back to.

Salzberg, Austria

We took another day trip to Salzberg. Another wonderful little
town surrounded by mountains. (can you tell we can't get
enough of the mountains?) After all the hills are alive there you
know.

castles are an everyday thing in Europe!

Just a little picture to prove we were actually there.

yes, that would be the abbey where The Sound of Music was filmed.

Munich, Germany

We were only in Munich for a day, but it was awesome.
We took another tour there but this time a historical
tour. Which made the day go by really fast, but
we were both glad we did it!

Where the tour started. The Marien platz.

Another big clock.

Hanging on the front of one of the churches there.
See anything weird?

The oldest beer hall in Munich.

Loud and fun.

The German and Bavarian Flag.

Innsbruck, Austria.

We stayed 5 nights in Innsbruck, we took several
day trips from there. The view of the street we
stayed on.

not a bad view huh?

a little hike. what else? :)

The Rhine River.

We went for a boat trip along the Rhine River in Germany.
Another highlight of the trip (we have alot of those)
There really are no words, it was amazing. So we
will just show you some pictures..

We spent the night in this little town called Bacharach on the river.

Which of course has it's own castle.

Hiked around and explored. Ya know.. doing what we do.

No big cities around. Just what we like!

Beautiful vineyards everywhere.
