Berlin, Germany.

Germany was one of our top countries to visit.
And not just because no one mispronounced our
last name there. ha!

We took an alternative walking tour through Berlin, to
see the artsy side of the city.

The tour started at the T.V. tower (which we
almost didn't see)

Some of the graffiti that we saw.

Where the Berlin wall once stood.

The East side gallery. The longest remains of the wall.

Triumphal Arch.

Bratwurst break.

We went to holocaust museum, and then to
Sachsenhausen, a concentration camp.
Both were a very sobering experience, and opened our eyes
on a whole new level to all to all the suffering that took place.

What the perimeter of the concentration camp looked like. The death zone.

What is left of the gas chamber's and "killing room"

The memorial that was built at the camp to honor the
victims and survivors of Sachsenhausen.

Prague, Czech Republic.

Hey all our blog readers, sorry it has been so long since
our last post! We have been computer-less in the Swiss Alps :)
But we are back!

The Astronomical clock in Prague.. to hard
to explain.

Oh hey another church :)

The Charles Bridge.

The Fred and Ginger building. Thats all we know!

We had alot of fun in Prague. We stayed with an awesome
Aussie and he showed us all around the city. Rob loved it
especially because he didn't have to look at a map
for a few days.

Unst!

Vienna, Austria.

We hit up Vienna for 3 days. Vienna is a big city, so we
walked & walked (thats how we justify eating all the pastries)
We had alot of fun. We'll be back to Austria in a week to spend
some time in the mountains.

We have been to lots of markets since we have been to Europe,
but the one in vienna has been our favorite so far.

Coffee break #2 of the day

Literally every building is artwork in itself.
You don't have to go into every museum, just walking
the streets is awesome.

Heaven!

Trams- the European way to get around.

As much we love exploring big cities, we dislike the
crowded business of large cities. Somehow we always
find our way to outskirts of the city to enjoy
a little slower pace of life.

Full in Hungary.

We spent 3 days is Budapest, Hungary. We both loved
the city. The food, the culture, the architecture,
the whole city. This was one of those cities we were
not ready to leave.

Heroes Square in Budapest.

Rob chillin' with his new friend.

Wish that chair was just a little bigger!

Part of the Berlin wall.

Who doesn't love a restaurant with blankets?

My kinda place :-)

Coffee break (we take lots of those)

The Chain Bridge across the Danube River.
